It would be best described that he would mostly be afraid or nervous of people in general. He would rather not talk unless he was asked to, and even then, he could only reply in Latin and no other languages, even if he understands the said language (ex. English), and even if he tried to mimic what others said in that person's language; so he would rarely interact verbally with people. Also, he would shy away from touch unless it's from someone he knew well. He wouldn't even dare to look at people in the eyes, as he was too self conscious of the state of his own eyes.

Where does this character get their money?
From nowhere, because even now, as an upper class boy, he never got anything to do with money. He never carry money on his own. Adeline would buy things for him, get him somewhere, treat him, give him anything he needs or perhaps want, and so on; because she was very concerned someone would kidnap the boy if he was carrying money with him around, with the boy himself being far too shy to do anything to escape such situation.

How willing is this character to part with their pennies?
Since he wasn't the one with the decision about money, he would follow what Adeline told him to do. If she told him to give the money to charity, he would take it from her, put it inside the charity box, and be done with it.

Does this character ever give to charities?
Adeline tend to take all her children to charities to teach them to help people in need, including Lucio.

He now lived in Adeline's family castle, a decently spacious Tudor-styled castle built near a creek, surrounded by a small forest. As for his vehicle, Adeline would take him in a black carriage that once belonged to Adeline's father.

He had never been taught about life and death before adoption, so he had almost no understanding about those and other abstract concepts.

Personality:
He is painfully timid, would be too shy to do anything before he knew or was told that everyone on the same room had no objection to what he was about to do. He is also very quiet, rarely ever talked, and even when he does every once in a while, his voice would barely be above whispers. His manner of speaking would be slow, unsure, stuttering a little, especially if someone is scrutinizing him, and he would stop his sentence midair if someone else started to talk. Another thing is that he is easily frightened; an unknown stranger coming towards him to pat his head would result in him covering his head and neck with his hands, curling down into a ball, until the said strange go away and Adeline come to pick him up and hold him. Most of the time he would just observe and absorb information around him wordlessly, obeying what he was told to do, almost as if he was afraid something or someone would harm him if he didn't. His scars only add to his shyness, and he would hide himself behind Adeline or cover the scars with his bangs if anyone looks at them for too long. He would sometimes mutter things to himself, or to random animal passing by, as if he was practicing for conversation but could never bring himself up for it.

His face would look the same most of the time: somewhat sad, shy, a little bit pouty. Even when he's happy or curious, which perhaps made it hard for people to know what he really feels beyond the shyness.

Pessimistic

Backstory:
Lucio was the third and last child in his birth family; born with goatlike ears, yellow eyes, and inability to speak in any language other than Latin. The village he was born in was tiny, poor, and very much backward; with the only source of medical, religious, and educational information and help came from the local witchdoctor. Seeing how strange their son looked, when he was four, his parents took him to the witchdoctor to be cured. The parents, and indeed, the entire village who knew about the boy, seemed to be very sure that it was some demons residing inside the boy, using him as a vessel, that made him look so frightening to them. The villagers were all concerned for the boy, and pitied the parents who happen to have a cursed boy as their only son. The parents asked the witchdoctor to do whatever is necessary to get the devil out of the boy's body. And the witchdoctor tried anything he could think of: from starving him so the demons would give up as they realized the body was dying, to hitting him with dried willow branches and tried to gauge one of his 'demonic' eyes out. The lack of nutrition from starvation made his growth lagged; the more violent practices left permanent marks on his face and all over his body; and the regular mention of how scary, strange, and demonic he looked crushed the self-esteem he might have before all of those. He was tied up on a tree on one of the starvation schedule when Adeline found him, and right afterward, she helped him away from the village, saving him from further practices by the witchdoctor, and adopting him as her son from then on.

The fact was that he really couldn't show any demonic power or anything the villagers were afraid of: he only happen to have eyes and nails which glowed eerie greenish yellow in the dark. Other than that, he was just a short and underweight little boy with profound confidence issues as a result from all the witchdoctor's practices; and Adeline was trying hard to change all three in any ways she could.
